Ingredients for Cheese-nut bread
  • flour, 225 g
  • milk-150 ml
  • egg-1 pc.
  • baking powder 2 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard-1 tsp
  • plums. oil-50 g
  • hard cheese, 100 g (rub on a grater)
  • nuts-25 g (I took Walnuts)

Recipe for Cheese-nut bread

1. Reheat oven to 180 *. Form lubricate rast. butter and lay a baking paper.
2. Mix the flour, baking powder, mustard, salt. Then add the softened butter and rub it well into small crumbs. After add cheese, nuts, milk and egg. It's okay to mix and knead the dough (it should be soft).
3. Put the dough in the form (I took an oblong, as for the cake), smooth and bake 45 minutes, until browned.
4. When ready, vynyat from the oven and leave for a few minutes in the form. Then turn on the grid. You can have a warm, but you can cool down.
